Ansgarsgården

Ansgarsgården is beautifully nestled in lush greenery by Yxtasjön, in the heart of Sörmland. The estate is open from April to October for camps, courses, and conferences. It is ideal for groups seeking privacy in a scenic natural setting. Ansgarsgården was built between 1934 and 1980 and consists of nine buildings. It offers several common rooms and accommodation for 80 guests, distributed across 14 rooms and six cabins. There are also three conference rooms of varying sizes, equipped with a projector, overhead projector, and whiteboard. The property features a wonderful lakeside plot of over 42,000 square meters.

Ansgarsgården is located along road 55 between Malmköping and Flen, close to both larger and smaller towns. From Malmköping: Take road 55 towards Flen. Pass the turn-off to Yxtaholms Slott. Turn left at the sign for Ansgarsgården, just before Flen. Follow the road to the property.

Ansgarsgården is located in the heart of Sörmland, making it an excellent starting point for a variety of day trips, such as Parken Zoo, Sagostigen, Nyköpingshus, Harpsund, and the Museispårvägen in Malmköping, among others. For those who enjoy hiking, the Sörmlandsleden trail is close at hand, as is Näckrosleden for those who prefer cycling. There is ample parking available. Our own Yxtaholms Slott is located just 11 kilometers from the area, where we operate a high-quality restaurant, hotel, and conference facility.

Ansgarsgården is set in a rural location by Lake Yxtasjön. We offer a wide range of activities in a child-friendly and substance-free environment. The area features walking paths, large open spaces suitable for outdoor activities, and a private swimming area. School classes, sports clubs, confirmation camps, conferences, associations, weddings, and more are just some examples of how the property can be used.
