We are continuously expanding and are ready to pursue new real estate transactions.
We are a family-owned company run by Wonna I de Jong, her son Alexander Östling, and her daughter-in-law Noriko Östling. We own, manage, and develop approximately 1,600 apartments and around 2,000 commercial premises and units.
Long-term thinking is a key principle in the company’s property management, which is why we place strong emphasis on climate and energy issues, material choices, safety, healthy living environments, and social integration. We are long-term landlords, creating stability and security for our tenants.

As an entrepreneur at Wonna I de Jong, I am responsible for overseeing the acquisition, renovation, leasing, and maintenance of the properties, as well as the financial, legal, and operational aspects of the business. I use my skills in negotiation, public relations, and the real estate industry to identify and secure profitable opportunities, build and maintain relationships with tenants, partners, and stakeholders, and to market and showcase the properties to the public.
I also participate in various TV programs and podcasts, where I share my insights, tips, and stories about the real estate market, entrepreneurship, and lifestyle. I enjoy inspiring and empowering others to pursue their dreams and goals, and to make a positive impact on the world.
