Submit your home service request using the form

Before you fill out the form we would like to remind you to review your apartment using our checklist.

  1. Ventilation devices in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are cleaned and have good flow.
  2. The air vents in all windows are open to let in air.
  3. All faucets work and do not drip.
  4. No blockages in the apartment's drain.
  5. Floor drains in bathrooms should be cleaned regularly.
  6. No leaks under the sink or washbasin.
  7. No loose electrical outlets, ceiling sockets, light switches.
  8. No microbial growth in areas exposed to moisture, such as bathrooms/showers.
  9. No moisture damage in the apartment.
  10. The apartment is free from pests.

If your apartment does not meet these requirements, please report this to us via the maintenance request system. This helps ensure a better living environment and is also the tenant’s responsibility to report any damage in their apartment or premises.

For faster handling

To ensure quick and efficient handling of your service request, it is important that the form is completed correctly.

  1. Select the apartment or premises.
  2. Enter the street name, street number, floor, and apartment number.
  3. Provide the name and telephone number of the person reporting the issue.
  4. Enter the email address and telephone number where feedback can be sent.

Troubleshooting

We would like to inform you that service requests which may pose a risk to people or property are always given the highest priority. For each service request, the tenant will receive a scheduled appointment, with confirmation sent to the specified email address or by telephone. Service requests are handled according to priority and order of receipt.

We always strive to assist our tenants as quickly as possible.

Emergency notification

After-hours emergency service

If something urgent happens in your apartment, premises or property after office hours, for example on the weekend, you can contact the emergency service. Important to know!

The emergency service is intended for urgent matters such as a blocked drain or a water leak. If your matter is not urgent, such as the stove not working, a broken light bulb in the fridge or the water flowing slowly in the drain, you will have to pay the emergency service cost yourself. Please provide your name, address and telephone number and tell us what happened.

Disturbance report
